4. Compensation for loss: In case of customs seizure of goods, loss or loss, the maximum compensation amount is twice of the paid freight (twice of the unpaid freight). The amount of compensation will be deducted from the next shipment.

5. Limitation Statement: If the limitation is delayed due to customs factors, flight problems or market environment factors, it is not within the scope of our company's compensation, our company will not make any loss compensation.

Case 1: The delivery address, contact number, and contact person provided during delivery are incorrect. Which caused us to delay the delivery

Situation 2: After the goods arrive at the warehouse, the delivery address and contact phone number need to be changed temporarily, and the new delivery address and new contact information need to be waited for.

Case 3: The consignee's phone number cannot be connected or the contact person cannot be contacted, so our company cannot deliver the goods in time.

Situation 4: The consignee refuses to accept the goods and requires to stay in our warehouse for several days, which leads to the backlog pressure of the goods in our warehouse.

Case 5: Our company has delivered the goods to this address, but the consignee refuses to accept the goods, the goods need to go back to the warehouse, which leads to the increase of the delivery fee, and the risk on the way back.
