Notice before delivery:

5. The volume or weight of the goods shall be subject to the actual measurement data at the time of warehousing. Timely confirm receipt of warehousing data, and communicate as soon as possible if there is any objection.

6. A customs declaration fee of 500RMB/ ticket will be charged for separate customs declaration, such as RMB100/ page for continuation, and RMB1/KG for separate customs declaration for live products (minimum consumption RMB100 for both China and Hong Kong).

For the warehouse of our company that does not meet the packaging requirements, we will provide paid replacement service. The charging standard is: RMB 35RMB for each package operation, within 5 pieces, and RMB 5RMB for each additional package.

10. The customer will send the goods to the warehouse by himself. If the goods are delayed due to the payment, the company will not give any explanation.

11. Upon arrival at destination, if the recipient refuses to accept the goods, the customer shall bear the return freight and any other additional expenses.

12. Due to the impact of the epidemic, the air freight price changes frequently. Please reconfirm the price for shipment.

13. The operating fee for change of address at destination is RMB 300RMB/ ticket, and 5% of the total amount will be charged for the payment on arrival or in South Africa.

14. This channel does not accept the transport of counterfeit, liquid, fragile, gas, food, medicine and other dangerous goods; No tobacco, guns, drugs, seizure police.

15. General goods/live minimum consumption of 400 yuan/ticket, less than 400 yuan according to 400 yuan billing; The minimum consumption of pure battery goods is 600 yuan/ticket, less than 600 yuan is billed as 600 yuan; Except for batteries, the minimum consumption of other sensitive goods is 900 yuan/ticket. If less than 900 yuan, the charge will be 900 yuan, and the specific product name will be confirmed.

16. Battery surcharge

A: RMB2/KG will be added for batteries larger than 800G-2.5KG and RMB4/KG will be added for batteries larger than 2.5KG-5KG. Add RMB5/KG for batteries below 5KG-10KG, RMB8/KG for batteries above 10KG, other separate consultation.

B: For super power, RMB3/KG will be charged for over 100WH (RMB15/ ticket will be charged for the minimum ticket above)
