Notice before delivery:

1. The minimum consumption is 1CBM, less than 1CBM in Jakarta, the additional delivery fee is RMB300/ ticket.

5. The goods will be free of warehouse rent for 7 days upon arrival, and the excess will be charged at RMB15/CBM/ day, so as to avoid the goods staying in overseas warehouse for a long time.

6. Payment currency: If the actual payment currency is inconsistent with the quoted currency, the settlement exchange rate shall be the average real-time exchange rate of the spot buying price and the cash selling price of Bank of China on that day.

Compensation standard: Once again, please pay attention to the following terms

1. Our company does not assume any responsibility for the goods being detained due to the inconsistency between the declaration materials provided by the consignor and the actual goods, and any costs incurred shall be borne by the customer.

2, if the outer packing is intact, the damage in the box & shortage will not be compensated, delay will not be compensated.

3. In the process of transportation, if the goods are lost, the customs can not be taken out of the compensation according to the agreed freight three times compensation (including the original freight), but not greater than the actual value of the goods.

4. The packing requirements of fragile products must be fumigated wooden frames/wooden cases, and provide fragile guarantee. The warehouse only checks the external packaging, not the inside of the packaging.

5, the goods are broken, lost, claims must be received in the receipt of the receipt of the problem and provide photo proof.

Warm tips:

1. The shipper must provide our detailed Chinese/English packing list.

2. The outer packing of the goods delivered to our company must be marked. The warehouse will reject the goods without shipping marks. We will not be responsible for any loss or damage caused by this. (2 for each case)

3. The goods received in the warehouse are only checked on the outer box. If the customer underreports and conceals the goods and the container is checked by the customs, the responsibility and expense incurred shall be borne by the consignor.

4. Automobile (whole), automobile battery (inside liquid, sulfuric acid, hydrochloric acid, etc.), tobacco and alcohol, fireworks, explosive and flammable products, lighters, gold and silver jewelry, optical discs, arms, weapons and all goods prohibited by international regulations; If found, the warehouse will be cancelled and a fine of RMB5000-50000 will be imposed. Offenders will be handed over to the public security organs for handling.

5. Before you register and deliver the goods, please be sure to read and understand the contents of the form carefully and reasonably avoid the corresponding risks; To avoid unnecessary disputes! If you have any questions about any terms of this Agreement, please suspend subsequent operations and consult our business personnel for inquiries or consultations. If you do not agree with any content of this Agreement or cannot accurately understand the meaning of the terms, please do not proceed with any subsequent operations. Delivery conditions:

1. Before delivery, please confirm the shipping information with our sales staff before delivery.

2. The goods will be delivered to the overseas warehouse in Indonesia at the minimum of 1CBM in Jakarta (excluding some specific areas).

3. If you want to deliver to the whole Java Island and outer islands, please confirm with your Indonesian colleagues in advance, and charge the actual delivery fee.

3. Before warehousing, the list and pictures of goods must be provided to the operation or customer service.

4. Sensitive category: high value goods, need to confirm the price and can be shipped.

5. Branded goods: For goods with brand name and logo without import and export rights, the price should be confirmed and whether they can be shipped. If the customer underreports the value of the goods and is inspected by the Customs, the responsibility and expenses incurred shall be borne by the party concerned. Our company does not bear any responsibility for any problem arising from the inconsistency of the declared product name, type and quantity. 6. If the general goods and brand goods are mixed into the warehouse, the freight will be charged for all the brand goods. If the packaging and marking are separated, they will be charged separately.

7. Over 2 tons or 5 cubic meters per piece will be charged RMB 400 for large pieces; For 3 tons or more than 7 cubic meters, the bulk charge is 600 yuan. This bulk charge is only for reference. For super long parts and overweight parts, accurate data and foreign address should be provided to confirm the specific cost.

8. Free delivery :MANILA CITY; CALO0CAN(SOUTH);  NAVOTAS;  MALABON;  VALENZUELA; QUEZON CITY;  SANJUAN;  MANDALUYONG;  MAKATI;  PASAY. Deliveries beyond this range will cost more.

9. The consignee must prepare forklift unloading tools for the delivery of large goods. If the goods cannot be delivered due to the consignee or consignor and are returned to our warehouse, an additional operating fee of RMB100/ ticket will be charged. Free warehouse period of 5 days for self-picked items, more than 5 days for self-notice and self-picked items, the warehouse rent will be charged at 100RMB/CBM/ day.

10. Forklift fee for a single piece of goods exceeding 150KGS is 50 yuan per forklift.

11. Because of ash clearance, the Philippines cannot provide the customs clearance documents, tax bills, container number and other information of the destination port. If the goods are damaged, lost or cannot be cleared, our company will pay the maximum compensation of 100USD per shipment, regardless of the value of the goods. Delivery to us is deemed to be acceptance of this term.
